How Much Do Custom T-Shirts Cost?

There are four things that determine the price of custom T-shirts:

• The apparel you select (better quality = higher costs)
• The number of ink colors in your artwork (fewer ink colors = lower prices)
• The number of print locations (a three-color design going on the front and the back of a T-shirt is going to cost double the amount of printing only on the front or one location)
• The number of items in your order (T-shirt printing in bulk = lower costs)

That said, the Newark Tees pricing model is fair and transparent. Our price list shows the average price for printing a one-color design, in one location, on a classic 100% cotton T-shirt. If your artwork requires modifications by our design team, an additional 1-2 business days may be added to the turnaround time and a $40 art fee will apply.

Which print method is the best for T-shirt printing?

Screen printing is the primary method we provide for most of our T-shirts. Alternatively, we offer DTG printing (i.e., direct-to-garment printing) on special projects. Each method has its pros and cons, and we will discuss them with you during our discovery call to help you determine which way is best for your project.

Do you make custom photo T-shirts?

Yes, you could have a photo printed on a T-shirt in two different ways. The first option involves digitally processing your photo through software and printing the photograph on a T-shirt directly. The second option involves us printing your image onto a flexible base material, then later transferring said material to a T-shirt.

How long does it take to get custom T-shirts printed?

For most projects, if you order now, you'll get it in as few as three days. For example, if it is Monday, an order placed before 12pm EST would be ready for pickup or shipping by 7pm on Wednesday.

Is next day T-shirt printing available?

Next day shirt printing could be an option depending on the scope of your project. Rush T-shirt printing may also be available for a fee. Please contact us to find out the specific options for ordering next day custom T-shirts.

What is the best file format for printing T-shirts?

.AI or .EPS is the best file format for T-shirt printing. For Screen Printing, your file should be 300 DPI resolution in CMYK or Grayscale. For DTG (direct-to-garment), all files must have a transparent background. The following file formats are supported: JPG / PDF / TIFF / EPS / PSD / AI / PNG.

When will my order be ready for me to pick up?

If you select the option to pick up your online order at our location instead of having it delivered, you will receive an email and text message with a link to easily schedule a pickup when your order is ready.

Do I need an appointment to visit the space?
